The machines are usually brand new when I rent them. Those guys are excellent, they're quick and get me what I need. I've been working with them a long time. They call me ahead of time and tell me when something needs to come in for service and things like that, they're really on top of it. I really appreciate what they do for me. The people over there are amazing.

Their service has been really bad. We had to take a piece of equipment in 3 times before they could figure out what was wrong. They charged us for the first two times even though they didn't really fix the problem. Keep in mind, it takes an hour each way to get there. We are going to use a different vendor for service from now on."
