I'm always happy when I rent from Bejac. If there ever is anything out of the ordinary, you guys are usually right on it. I deal with Barry down south in Placentia and he's top-notch. Barry's been helping me out for years, he's the best. I always get great value with Bejac. I'd rather pay just a bit more and get a nice machine than to get a cheap quality from United Rentals or Sunbelt Rentals. Plus, you guys have a much better fleet in the demolition aspect. Stinger transport is, I think, the transportation division for you guys and Chuck and Joey are always really fast.

This unit came from an auction for the customer and it got halfway into a run and the starter went out. I was referred to Bejac by a heavy equipment dealer out of Las Vegas. After we had initially called Bejac and were waiting for them to call back, in the meantime the driver had someone different come out and took a look at it. Bejac called us back very quickly and said they could have a technician here same day. We said don't worry about it because we found somebody. Then, the guy that came out couldn't help so we called Bejac back and they had someone out the next morning. It was a reasonable price too, I don't think it was a grossly inflated or anything. He showed up, did the service, got the unit going and the problem was solved. It was fairly quick and easy. He got here at something like 8 or 9 in the morning, and the machine was back on the road by something like 1 that afternoon. He also came prepared, which was nice. He must have had the starter with him, I think, because it was done so quickly. The Bejac technician called the driver and had him run through a couple troubleshooting things to try to eliminate some possibilities before he came out so it made everything quick and smooth. I'd absolutely call them again if I needed something.

I recently ordered a part that I thought was preprogrammed. Once it was delivered I found that it wasn't. It cost me an extra $1,500 to have it programmed. I feel like the sales team could have told me this was the case when I made the purchase.

In the past I had some issues being able to pay my invoices on time. This resulted in Bejac requiring me to pay for my deliveries C.O.D., which I understand. At the same time, I feel that after the length of time that I've been doing business with Bejac that I have more than made up for my previous issues but Bejac continues to make C.O.D. a requirement for me which costs me extra time that I could be putting into my customers.

When working with John Rassuto in the Sacramento branch we have an amazing experience. However, the Anderson branch is the closest to our operations and we have had numerous issues receiving our orders on time and with the customer service of this location. It would be great if there were any communication from customer service if a shipment is delayed. I've spoken with Ron (owner of Bejac) a number of times over the last few years about these issues but nothing has been resolved. It's frustrating for me if I have to use a location that is out of our area in order to receive quality service.

The salesman entered the information incorrectly. I didn't hear from them. Time passed. I called and was told the card hadn't run. The transaction didn't go through and they didn't call to tell me. I had to argue with them to get them to get them to run the card again.

I ended up having to wait weeks to get thermostats, they're the easiest thing to order. That part guy was horrible.

They put the wrong filters in when they did this service work. I have a warranty on this Cat engine and to keep the warranty, I have to use Cat filters. They know this and they put the cheapest filters on the market in there, potentially voiding my warranty. I guarantee you they charged me for Cat filters, too. I also cannot figure out who is in charge over there. Suddenly the guy who I'm supposed to be hearing back from goes on paternity leave and doesn't say anything to anyone or let his customers know. I've tried and tried to get a response from him and have even texted him multiple times but I hear no response back. It's like he's been on paternity leave for months. I can't figure out who I'm supposed to speak with, or what is going on over there. I'm really disappointed in Bejac, I'll never buy another piece of equipment from them, I can tell you that.

Their 24 hour parts delivery system doesn't work. They never offered it to me when I needed something over the weekend. I never heard back. I emailed them and called them and couldn't get in touch, I even texted them. I'm really unsatisfied with their operations. We order parts and they'll send incomplete orders, wrong orders, etc. When we don't hear back, my machines stay down because of their lack of availability and their pricing. I want them to have more support for their customers. We've purchased 3 big pieces of equipment with them and every time I order from them there's a problem. The last order I got, they sent me a used filter. A used filter in a box like it was new. I need them to be more attentive to us. I wish they could get their act together and take care of the parts department.
