I've experienced delays as long as 4 months. Delays have occurred even after pay expediting costs. For example: one order placed on 1/7 didn't arrive until 4/16. Another order placed on 2/10 didn't arrive until 6/7. This doesn't seem to be getting any better. Some delays have been longer." "Also there was an order placed for 5 items, only 2 arrived. When we inquired about the missing items we were told they had shipped out our items to another customer." "Brother's response to all of this has been slow to non-existent. My emails have been ignored." "I realized there might be issues of availability, but when that happens customers should be informed. If there are problems, let us know there are problems."
