I didn't have the best experience and neither did a friend of mine. He was looking for a specific piece of equipment with you all but based on the price he ended up having to go from a Volvo 140. For my experience, my Komatsu 88 went down for about a week and one of my mechanics had to work on it. Afterwards, when I called Columbus, the guy at the dealership said he could find the parts we needed. I called Leppo too and the prices were about the same but when Columbus' delivery was $400 more than Leppo's it was easy to just go to Leppo. We've been working with Leppo since 1985 and they are on a first name basis with me and very friendly.

They failed to fix our equipment. They would come in and never solve problems we asked them to solve. Our guys had to figure it out. The overall experience was very bad.

Komatsu wheel loader hasn't shown up on my financial statement. I paid 55,000 for the loader, and it has not been charged to my account. "There is 55,000 floating around out there." I need this to get resolved.

I had service on machines that I have been trying to get fixed, and Columbus had one machine for two and half months that came back broken. I am very upset with the service employees from Columbus Equipment Company. Columbus is not able to support Komatsu and Kubota machines, and they have not been able to fix my machines. I can barely use the machines I purchased from them and had served on. I paid a lot of money that has been wasted. On this particular machine, the screen and air conditioner, and heat had been broken. Now, my employees are working in a machine with no screen and heat in a machine working in 12-degree weather.
