I would highly recommend Capitol. I've known Capitol Supply for 25+ years and I love working with them. Sadly, our last order screwed us up though. We had to keep going back and forth to get the right parts and I expected a credit for what went wrong but Capitol had us pay again which cost us an extra $300 in total. It was a big mess and never really got resolved but we got what we needed in the end and I just hope nothing like that will ever happen again.

I've had issues with multiple doors with Capitol Supply. The outswing and sliding glass doors are fine but now, recently, the combo doors do not have good enough weather seal and stripping. We explained this to Chad but he didn't do anything about it. We even went to the DBD and I spoke to Candice there and she said no one from Capitol Supply ever replied about it. Nothing ever got resolved. I've been working with you guys for over 30 years. Even when it was PartsMart. Everyone who worked there back then was wonderful. Recently, while working with you guys, it leaves a horrible taste in my mouth. I'm disgusted that they did not respond back to us nor reply back to the DBD. Chad offered us new weather stripping but that isn't wasn't the issue that our tenant was having. It's the design and we even took our own time out of the day to specifically show Chad pictures of what was wrong. Since the treatment from the worker there started to feel snippy towards us, I've been going to Wilsons and I work with Max there. I also get combo doors at Blevins. Also, when it comes to pricing, the hot water heaters are also ridiculously priced. At Wilsons it's $1,090 and at Capitol Supply it's $1,300 at wholesale. It's almost like you guys are going above retail price. I'm a smaller company but I should be treated with respect after working with them for 30 years and so should any other customer. When Cathy was there in management, she was very respectful but I feel like it's different now. It truly disgusts me that they never replied back to the DBD because that also affects their scores/ratings. I would like to speak with someone who is above Chad about this. Possibly someone in corporate. I used to always recommendyou guys but not anymore. If you guys didn't care that I lost a bond with my customer or did not care to fix an issue, why should I care if you lose customers? I would refer you guys to people almost every day. Now, I tell people "I don't know" or to check out Orchard Hill Mechanical. In general, I do not want to work with disrespectful people.
