Their customer service in terms of pricing and knowledge of equipment. As Project Manager, sometimes I know what needs to get done but I don't know the best equipment choice. They walk me through that nice and easy. I usually get same day quotes and they're a pleasure to work with. They have a good variety of equipment in their fleet. They have a lot of things for rent. We're a small company and we'll get bids for big jobs but we don't have equipment in house, so we go to ECA for the equipment. I've never have had a bad experience with them either here or at my previous job. They are definitely top notch.
