Clyde Robinson with rentals and Ray Casey in parts are the guys I deal with and they're probably the best workers I've ever dealt with. I've been with Finkbiner a long time. They take very good care of us, they really do. Ray is the best parts guy they've had. I always go to those two. I hope they pay them well to keep them. If I ever have any problems, they take care of me right away. I'm not sure if I'm remembering his name correctly, but I think it's Ed who's the mechanic and he's really good as well. There's a younger kid they just hired too, can't think of his name, but he's pretty good too.

They're very personable, we have a long history with them. I've been impressed with any interaction we've had with them. Any time we've had anything happen, a quote going over, etc, we always come to a very reasonable solution. I always feel like the most important customer to them. Sean in sales and Gerardo Sanchez in parts and Steven Buskey in the service department, those three are always on point. Every experience with them is terrific. Even Jason, the president runs a tight ship and is the mastermind, I know it all comes down from him initially. They treat us like family, I have no qualms with Finkbiner.

One service technician was pretty good, but the other guy not so much. I don't have the information handy with their names. The one guy, though, was a couple hours late. However, I did speak with Andy recently and he was spot-on. I called looking for a price to put a network control in my Paver and Andy was great and let me know what it would cost. However, then the salesman called me and said he would work up a formal, written estimate and now I haven't heard back from him or gotten the estimate.

They don't follow through with orders properly. We don't always get what we pay for. When we purchase a rented piece of equipment, often times it hasn't been serviced and we have to service ourself.

I think they over charge for amount of time on site. They charged me for technician staying in hotel and I never was told I was responsible for the charge of food and hotel accommodations. We had an important paving job and the service technician was two hours late and we were still charged for it.
