They're great. I buy almost all my stuff from them, actually. The people and the company are great to work with. However, They stopped selling my brand of mower, I had a Hustler mower and they're no longer a Hustler dealer so that makes things a little tricky. I just bought the mower 2 years ago and now I have to go 40 miles to get the parts. I assume that's a corporate decision but it still puts a damper on working with them. I actually initially bought the Hustler because I was so close to the East Peoria location and now it's 40 miles from me to pick up even blades for the mower. I like German-Bliss, I think they're great, it's just in this specific instance, it really is rough to not have those parts close by. As far as the company itself, they've been great. Everything has gone really smoothly, they're on top of everything, they just don't support what I bought any longer.

Also, it's super easy to get online and order what I need, so German-Bliss is really the only place around that I can just hop on, get what I need when I need it and at a reasonable price. When I went in to order the part, the parts guy was very helpful. He ordered the part and I was told I would be called when the part came in. A couple of weeks passed. I was in Princeville so I stopped in to check. Turns out the part had come in but they didn't call me. The parts guy who was there was different than the one I had spoken to before. I wanted to pay cash but he insisted on billing me for it. I told him that didn't make any sense, especially for a relatively inexpensive part. I eventually did pay cash and left with the part. A month later I got a bill for the part. They double-billed me. I went in again and spoke with the parts person I first spoke to and he straightened it out. It was very frustrating.

I wouldn't recommend them right now. I've had a recurring problem with this piece of equipment. I need to take it in again, which would be the third time they have to service it. I had to replace the brakes on another piece of equipment because they potentially installed them wrong.
