They don't understand the parts break down when you call. They have unfair, unrealistic pricing. They don't seem to understand how our businesses work. I will never buy another machine from them again.

After they serviced it, I found out the wrong parts were installed in the motor. After paying hundreds of dollars for service, I had to pay someone else to come out to fix it correctly.

Doing business with them was easy and the invoices were clear but that was the only positive. I had to work on the machine twice within a week of picking it up. I had to do $500 worth of work to it and then afterwards had to get some welding done on it as well. Where the bucket connects was broken. That happened the very same week I got it, the next Tuesday. When I called they told me it's 'as is'.

I returned the tractor after 2 days and they're charging me for damages and a tire. If I'm paying for something that's damaged, why am I also paying for repairs? I'm so unhappy, it was a disaster.

I bought the lawnmower from them. I took it back 2 1/2 years later. They kept it for almost 2 months. They said they fixed the problem. I picked it up and the problem was not fixed. I eventually had to take it back again. They kept it past the warranty expiration. They replaced the wiring harness. They did the right thing, they didn't charge me for it, but they acted like they were doing me a favor. It should have be done right the first time. It left bad taste in my mouth.

I had to take the machine back 3 times for the same problem. I also have Cat machines and the Cat service people, from my experience, are more knowledgeable than the Lashley technicians.

Everybody over there is very knowledgeable. If you want fast service for any equipment, they're who to go to. Nobody else seems to ever have any parts in stock.
