I had an issue because they took some cylinders apart for us. It took a long time. Then, it ended up they couldn't 't even do it. I don't think it was the tech's fault. I think they did make an adjustment on the bill for us to take a few hours off for labor. We ended up taking the cylinder to a hydraulic repair place. They came out and took it off for us because we couldn't get it off. He was there from 9:00am -2:30pm and only got one done. But, I do think they adjusted the hours he was there on the invoice. I don't wanna throw the guy under the bus, he was a good and knowledgeable guy but it just didn't go the way he was expecting and it threw things off. I don't want to be too critical because I do think they made the adjustment. It didn't go the way we thought it would. It's not really they're fault but not ours either. It was just gonna be too much for us to do all that by the time all was said and done. But, it does sound like they shared some of the cost with us. So it's not like we're mad but it was a little off. It was made somewhat fair though. Generally we're pretty happy with them, though really. It was really just this one issue and I do think they at least partially corrected it.

It's been awhile since I purchased from McCann. Tim provided awesome service for us but at the same time, service isn't everything when the overall cost is 10% higher than what other vendors offer. It makes it hard to justify and that's why I purchase somewhere else now.
