Something that I've noticed is, over a period of time, the little rubber keeper that goes between the valve body and the cap deteriorates. We had 2 issues. One was annoying but important. -We inflated one of the sewer plug and the seam split. I never bothered to ask for a refund. The-other glitch is we have email spam filters. A Petersen invoice got stuck in spam and I missed it. Our accounting department said the email with the invoice is not high enough in security ranking.
