Some teeth came off of the rental equipment while I was using it and now Rexco is wanting to charge me over $1,000 for the repairs. I feel that depreciation of the equipment should be taken into consideration. This machine was clearly not new and had been rented out before. Also, there was no insurance provided on my rental. I've rented from other companies in the past and they have always offered insurance on their rental equipment that would cover the cost of any repairs.

I love their products but I'm not thrilled with Rexco. I've had several experiences where parts were back ordered or out of stock. I recently tried to purchase a gearbox but the store said it would need to be shipped from their warehouse. I found out that their warehouse is across town but I was able to find the part I needed through a different dealer quicker than Rexco could deliver it. Also, I had some service work done recently. The part cost me $200 but I was charged over $3,000 to have the part installed. I told the service tech what part needed to be replaced prior to his coming out. It took him 2 visits to complete the service. The first was for him to diagnose the issue, even though I had already told him what it was. The second visit was to actually fix the issue. It took him 3 weeks to complete the work as Rexco stated they had a crane emergency they had to service first. My machine being down for 3 weeks was an emergency too.
