Our representative is very responsive. I enjoy working with him. Over the past 9 months, I've been requesting that our documents reflect our client's data such as name, dob, Medicaid #, etc on the funder reports. The funder requires this information and can appear on the header or footer but we need it to show on every single page of the funder reports. The reports still do not show this date.

I like Rethink as a whole, I just don't like all of the issues we have had and continue to have. I've been working with Rethink for over 5 years now. They continue to add new features which would be great if the current features worked properly or if the new features didn't cause the software to glitch. I've reached out to Rethink repeatedly and have a weekly meeting with my account manager yet we still consistently have issues.

Everyone is super informed and super responsive. They have great communication and they are very helpful. I love the simplicity of the system. However, on the clinical side, it is lacking a lot of stuff that we need. For example, we the VB map section doesn't allow us to pull in the VB graph and medical necessities information. We are unable to unselect objectives. It would also be helpful if there was a drop-down feature to select the information that the insurance companies need for goals. Example: goal has been met, goal is in progress, etc. With the limitations on the clinical side of the software, I have paused hiring more clinicians. The way that the system is now and the time it takes makes hiring difficult. I have more feedback that I'm willing to provide and I'd like to discuss this with Rethink.

It is difficult to move around appointments in the scheduling portion of the program. If someone cancels an appointment I have to delete the appointment before I can update other appointments. You are unable to update task analysis steps once they're entered. Navigating the resources is difficult to locate. The resources are not organized in a way that makes them easy to locate. Sometimes we never receive responses from the support team when we submit a ticket. It's nice that all of the data is graphed and online. We do not use the writing reports function because it is very difficult. Once you create a report template you are unable to make any updates to the template instead you have to create a new template.

The potential is there for Rethink to do all that we want it to do, but it does not function like any other data management system we have used which makes it difficult to learn. There are a lot of self-training resources but it would be very helpful if there was some type of live new user training with a Rethink representative. We have numerous issues with the RBT portion, IOA data, goals, and data collection. In the RBT portion, the description gets cut off if there are too many characters. On a mobile device information is cut off due to the screen size. Also, if a device is locked we do not get alert intervals. While working on IOA Data you can't see the RBT data live. You have to wait until the end of the session before you can see what notes you have taken. For goals, there is only a trial period for mastery not for assessment. Data collection for behaviors does not show up on the mobile app which is isn't useful.

There's a big learning curve in training technicians on how to use the program. The program has some oddities that take time to figure out such as the different modes that are offered and how they work. The program library for the skill building isn't comprehensive so we have to create custom programs. The support team is slow to respond.

The clinical setup is not customizable. We have challenges with syncing the app and the website. The app training that is posted is outdated and incorrect for the new app. Also, it is not user-friendly. The reporting dashboard is very limited and not comprehensive. It is helpful to have a contact person and she is very responsive. However, the system training is very poor. It would be helpful to have videos to assist with training. The clinical training is focused on DBT therapy. There are also a lot of negative examples of therapy included in the training such as restraints and punishment.
