Few things I don't like about the software. Sometimes it has glitches, it's not consistent, log in and it will log you out, can't always see all of the records, the task menu should send staff member an email reminder, would be nice to set up reminder on when to complete assessments for clients, would be nice if there were more reports for clients showing demographic information. When a custom template is saved it doesn't name the file and that is an issue because we have to go through each session note to find what we're looking for. It just says 'testing note' and you can go in and rename it but that takes a lot of time, it should just give it the custom name from the get go. The file cabinet when you have different folders you have to go into each patient and rename the folders. I wish there was a way to set what types of notifications I receive. Authorization tracking could be better. If there was a way to implement other training for other services like mental health that would be great.

The scheduling feature will change the time it is verified. I have a staff member who Rethink is telling me is unavailable, but is always changing the time and shown as not available. The times are always switching and we have to delete the appointment and session notes created. We have to reverify and rewrite the session note. I have spent so much time making sure it is done correctly, but it just ends up being wasted time. That's the deal with most issues I have had. It is labor-intensive to get most solutions.
