The FDL-11 label is one I've used for years and it's awesome! Everything works well online when I order but when I get the invoice, there's no exact amount on the invoice when I look at it online. When I order something, would I be able to get the invoice with it or do I always have to call customer service? It's very important to rely on you guys and not go through the hoops. Another thing I'd like to add is that shipping is a lot quicker. I love that! But I noticed when I place an order, I call and they say my order doesn't ship until it's fully completed with everything in stock. Can we change that to ship out what you have an the moment and just wait on what is not in stock to be shipped out later? It would be a big help for us here. And for the partial invoice, can I get an invoice for the first delivery and then another invoice of the second delivery based on what is in stock at the moment? It would be easier for me as a customer to have that complete when delivered with the right invoice number included. Please do reach out and I would love to explain more and give more feedback if needed. Shamrock is great and you guys help me thrive within our company!

Historically, customer service has been horrible. The issues I've experienced have been it takes days before they reach out to me with a quote. For quotes, it should be a quicker process as currently, I have to first send in my artwork before I'm able to receive a quote when this should be information that is easily explainable. Currently, I'm having an issue with a re-order as the price has doubled. I've been working with Katy Reiger who has been amazing. Up until working with her, I would have given a 0 based on my previous customer service experiences with Shamrock.

My experience with Shamrock Labels is very inconsistent or consistently bad. Ordering with them has been a hassle. They need a better storage system for their orders. Every time I call customer service, they can never find my order.
