The pallet breaking is not Track Loader's fault but I wonder why Track Loader didn't just tell FedEx to send the parts back to them and send me a new shipment. It was terrible. They changed the parts number that was on the web site. I was told it was a different parts number when I called. They called me back an hour after placing the order, told me the parts number they had given me was wrong, and it was going to be a 6 week lead time instead of same day shipping. If I had known that, I wouldn't have placed the order.
