In general, I would say the parts are getting better, and are available more. My superintendent and I are happy that the parts availability has improved significantly. If I need something within 72 hours, most likely, I will have it. I own a lot of Vermeer products from a 15" to a 23". I have stump grinders and a mini skid as well. For the 2300s, I have to go out of state because the Vermeer dealer is not able to provide service or parts availability. It's tough when you're in an industry where you're constantly bidding and you're compelled to use a dealer that has a monopoly. I tend to see an improvement in their disposition overall, but for a while, if you're a Vermeer owner, you have no choice and they take advantage of being a monopoly and have an overall attitude that isn't welcoming.
