He did fix everything else that he could. He identified the issue, he fixed my actual problem, and he was very clear with me that he wasn't a gas engine mechanic from the start. I recently bought a brand new Dozer, and paid for it in full. I used it for 12 hours, and at that point the complete hydraulic system drained out. I was under the impression that since it is under warranty Wilson would come to me and service it. I had to take it to them, because if they came to me it was $1000.00. The second time I had to have routine maintenance, they came to me. After it was serviced, and I was using the Dozer, one of the bolts to the fender hadn't been put back on all the way and a tree got lodged under the fender, and it pulled the fender off. Wilson wouldn't fix it, so I had to buy the bolts and repair it myself. I was even approved for a brand new excavator, and I won't purchase it because of this. I like Wilson, and I still use them. It just hasn't been a good experience with the Dozer.

Wilson Equipment's prices are like buying a house. It was a very big purchase with a small warranty. I was told 3 years of limited warranty no matter what happens to my machine.
